	Digital Signature	New Page 4 Blog Authors Organization Terms of Service Blog Authors is designed to bring writers and existing blogs together in an attempt to create a vast range of information for the Internet. It is our desire to not only see the blogs succeed, but to see the chosen authors succeed as well. Applications Each prospective author must fill out the online application form in order for the Blog Authors Organization to determine which authors would work best with each blog. The Blog Authors Organization has the right to determine whether or not each applicant is right for the organization, and has the right to request further information when needed. Contracts Each author approved for membership agrees to adhere to a probationary contract of 30 days, wherein each applicant’s blog will be reviewed by the Blog Author Organization’s moderators to determine whether or not said author has maintained the blog to the best of their ability. If it is determined that said author has complied with the 30 day probationary contract, the Blog Authors Organization will issue a new contract to that author for a set period of time. The Blog Authors Organization holds the right to determine what that time period should be in cooperation with the author. Monetary Accounts Each approved author agrees to bring his/her own monetary accounts to the table and agrees that said monetary accounts is how they will be compensated for their work. Authors will agree that at no time will the Blog Authors Organization be expected to offer further compensation. How much each author earns will be completely up to them, and at no time will they need to divulge such information to the Blog Authors Organization. The monetary accounts will be agreed upon between the author and the Blog Authors Organization. Blogs The Blog Authors Organization agrees to provide existing blogs in an effort to give the authors a wide variety of topics in which to write. The Organization also agrees to take care of any technical problems, backend work, and site designs that the Blog Authors Organization deems necessary. At no time will the authors redesign their provided blogs, nor will they try to claim the blog as their own. Each author acknowledges the fact that said blogs are the sole property of the Blog Authors Organization. Each author will be issued one blog to begin with and will be the only author on that site. After the initial 30 day probation has ended, the author and the Blog Authors Organization may come to an agreement as to whether said author may continue to take on the responsibility of the assigned blog and have the option to expand their writing into multiple blogs. Blog Posts Approved authors agree that the information they provide for their blog will be of their own work. They agree that they will not at any time plagiarize the work of any other individual or organization. Authors agree to provide 3 or 4 posts per week for their blog, and all work will be free of inappropriate materials. If the Blog Authors Organization feels that any posts are not appropriate, the Blog Authors Organization retains the right to remove said work. The Blog Authors Organization agrees to contact the author with a verbal warning for the first offence, a verbal and verified written warning for a second offence. If for any reason there is a third offence, the Blog Authors Organization retains the right to resend the authors contract and remove them from the system. However, every effort will be made to rectify the problem beforehand. Suggestive measures, coaching and training will be provided to help prevent future violations. Liability If for any reason an author is dissatisfied with their contract, the author agrees to contact one of the Blog Authors Organization moderators in order to seek a mutual understanding and to find a solution in the most professional manner possible. Authors agree that at no time will they hold the Blog Authors Organization responsible for any problems, malfunctions, or acts of unforeseen forces. The Blog Authors Organization agrees to do everything possible to aid the authors in creating a favorable and productive work environment. All parties involved agree to maintain a professional demeanor and will work to make the Blog Authors Organization a proficient environment. * Digital Signature Required.
